Javier loved hair. His obsession with man fur led him to spend hours upon hours perfecting and experimenting with his hair to achieve perfection. Javier tried many different styles of hair, combover, pompadour, slickback, fade, bowl cut, two block, buzz cut, crew cut, undercuts, the list goes on. He tried hundreds of products, with a wall of things he put in his hair. Prestylers, poststylers, pomades, gels, clays, pastes, oil based, water based, he racked up hundreds of dollars in debt. But eventually, he found the perfect product, and he realized he had to share his secrets to the world. Feeling enlightened, Javier dropped out of school and worked at a local barbershop, cutting hair and making people look good, while improving his own craftsmanship of hair. He embarked on a 2 year journey cutting, shaving, and styling. Javier became so proficient with his art, his friends started calling Javier the “Javihair”. He became a local celebrity, when newcomers came into town looking for a fresh cut, the people would say “Damn son if you need a barber, Javihair is your man. This man is THE man, and will make your hair game go harder. If you want that hairline clean, the results will be kerosene. Cuts hotter than the burning sun, Javihair will get you coming back like nicotine.” The rhymes were purely coincidental, but Javihair could empower people with his haircuts, giving people the power to rap spontaneously. Soon, people all around revered him as the greatest barber in the world. But Javihair did not want such a life. Javihair eventually retired to escape the constant pressure as the man who cut cleaner than a ruler. The expectations surrounding “Javihair” grew and grew, until one day he broke free of the name. Javihair announced his retirement, and tried to shave his head. However, his hair had already ascended, and he could only detach part of his hair. The half cut mop on his head was a perfect golden yellow, almost as if Javihair went Super Saiyan. But nevertheless he ran from his home to America, where he became a real estate agent. Javihair cast aside his old persona, and adopted a new American and bold name, Donald Trump.

Myers Briggs is Wrong

Benny enters in his last choices and submits his answers. The Myers Briggs was apparently a personality test that his friends told him about, and wouldn’t shut up about until he took it. He waited for his results, and was surprised with his own results. INFP?? Apparently, Benny was an introverted loser who was always in his feels. “WHAT??”, he exclaimed. He wasn’t any of these traits, and was astounded with how inaccurate his results were from the real thing. His friends told him that it was only for fun, but he didn’t listen to them. He stormed home and instantly veered off into his room to think. But he would soon to realize that this online test knew him better than he knew himself. Later that week his friends later texted him if he wanted to go to the movies with them. Benny declined. He was too busy with homework, and didn’t want to tire himself out with running around with his pals. Later that night, when he was in bed, he realized that science homework was due next week, and Benny had lost the papers for it, hence why he didn’t complete it. He teared up, knowing that he wouldn’t be able to turn it in the next morning earlier than the rest of the class like usual, and that’s when it hit him. He WAS an introverted loser in his feels. He skipped hanging out with his friends to do homework, and now he was throwing a fit about not doing homework not due for another week. He denied it, saying that this was a fluke, and he wasn’t like this. But he didn’t know that this little personality he took one day would outline the rest of his life.
TDEC
TDEC is a format of writing where thr information, claims, and reasoning is all stated and written in an easy to read, and presentable format. TDEC has many benefits, such as being easy to grade due to its clean presentation, and expandability, with a writer being able to add more to a essay by adding more “DECs”. This makes this format of writing flexible, neat, and easy to understand.
Thesis, the first component, represents the thesis. The Thesis is usually an opener and claim to the essay, highlighting main points and causes. A Thesis should be the writing summarized into one sentence, and the rest of the essay will refer back to it as a backbone. D and E go together, meaning Detail and Elaboration. A Detail is something you take from a source material as a quote or fact. Elaboration is an extension of the detail, usually encompassing it to blend the two together cohesively. our elaboration should expand on the Detail, expanding and digging deeper into what the Detail presents. C stands for Commentary, and will usually go after Detail and Elaboration. Commentary consists of the writer’s and opinions. It will usually be 2-3 sentences of a writer’s personal beliefs and inputs on the topic.
However, TDEC’s benefits extend further than just being a format for everyone to use. The information a TDEC essay will present is compact and formatted so that any reader won’t be overwhelmed will a massive block of information, where TDEC sill split up the essay into digestible chunks. TDEC also features expandability, with the writer easily adding more information as they see fit just by adding another body paragraph with DECs. This means even large, complex essays can be broken up into paragraphs any reader can read with ease.
In summary, TDEC is a style of essay writing where information is broken down into comprehensive chunks, with each paragraph containing a Detail, Elaboration on it, and a writer’s own beliefs on it. This allows the essay to be clean, compact, and expandable. TDEC has been useful in my writing, because it lets me present my essay in an organized and collected format. TDEC, personally, is a professional and great format I think everyone should be able to write in. If all essays were presented with a universal TDEC format, it would be all be easy to understand, easy to write, and universally understandable.
Why do we study English?
English is studied in schools for many reasons. English is a language, and will be needed for future learning in different subjects, such as reading and understanding textbooks and articles, and writing reports and summaries for a job. A comprehensive understanding of English can be useful in the professional workplace, in a college classroom, and in everyday life.
In the workplace, you will be expected to write reports, send emails, and write summaries. Your writing will have to look professional and clean in order to maintain a professional image. Proper grammar, spelling, and syntax will be of utmost importance for work and success in the workplace.
Schools can/will teach English so that students can also start developing good study habits and prepare for further learning in life that requires comprehension of English language and writing. Examples may include subjects like law, computer science, and teaching, which all require English to be mastered.
English is also useful in daily life, with music, reading, writing, and studying texts and passages. Although you may take it for granted, you use language all the time, and learning English will only allow you to further your understanding of daily life.
In summary, English is an essential language and tool used in many aspects of life, and will continue to be so as long as the language is spoken. It is used in the workplace to communicate, in schools to learn, and in everyday life to interact and live.
